Telehealth appointments are available for patients who cannot attend the clinic in person. These sessions are conducted by our Nurse Practitioner and may not be eligible for Medicare rebates.

To ensure safe and continuous care, please always book your follow-up appointment with your original prescribing doctor. Having multiple prescribers involved in a Schedule 8 treatment can create complications, so staying with your treating practitioner helps maintain clear and consistent medical records.

Prescription requests made via our website or through reception are considered requests only and remain subject to approval by your treating doctor or nurse practitioner.

A $25 private fee applies for approved script requests.

In some cases, bulk billing may be available, but this requires a brief telephone consultation with your practitioner to confirm that repeat prescribing is safe and appropriate.

If your request involves new or complex issues, or you require multiple medications, we kindly ask that you book a follow-up appointment so that your concerns can be properly addressed.
