You have experienced your medical condition or symptoms consistently for three months or longer.

You have attempted conventional or first-line treatments without achieving sufficient relief, or these treatments have caused intolerable side effects.

You are not currently pregnant, breastfeeding, or actively attempting to conceive.

You do not have a history of psychosis, schizophrenia, or bipolar disorder (type 1 or 2).
